Recipe: 15 min Almond Flour Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup Erythritol Gold
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3 cups Almond Flour
Preparation
1. Cream/mix butter + Erythritol Gold together.
2. Add eggs and vanilla.
3. Beat and combine until smooth and consistent.
4. Whisk together Almond Flour, salt and baking powder in another bowl.
5. Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture.
6. Mix until smooth.
7. Refrigerate for 30 min.
8. Preheat oven to 350 F
