  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter
  • 2 tablespoons almond four
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 and a half tablespoons erythritol
  • 2 teaspoons coconut flour
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoons baking powder

 

Carefully measure and pour the 2 tablespoons of butter into a saucepan. Put it into the microwave for 30 seconds so that it melts down. Now add the sweetener to the molten butter. Now add the 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder to it. Now add the coconut flour, almond flour, vanilla and the baking powder to it. Pour the egg and mix the ingredients well and produce it into a batter. Put the cake into the microwave for almost 60 to 80 seconds and wait for it to cook. Cooldown the cake for a while and your special Keto Chocolate Cake is ready to be served.

Cravings for a chocolate chip cookie is often pushed aside by someone who follows a ketogenic life due to the amount of carbs it contains. But now you can satisfy your sweet tooth with the Keto Chocolate Chip cookie which contains very low carb content so that you don’t have to deny your cravings any more.

8 basic ingredients are required to make a keto chocolate chip cookie at your home.

  • 1 Egg
  • ½ cup of erythritol or Monk fruit
  • ⅓ cup of coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla
  • 1½ cups of almond flour
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • ½ cup of dark chocolate chips

 

Heat the oven for a while with a large baking sheet covering it. In a large bowl, stir the egg and keep swerving it until it turns smooth, then add in the coconut oil, vanilla and erythritol or monk fruit stir for a while again. Add in the almond flour, baking soda, and salt and stir well with a spoon until it turns into a dough or batter form. Add in the chocolate chips to it.

Use a medium cookie scoop to place the dough evenly onto the prepared baking sheet. With the palm of your hand, press each one down to flatten a bit so that they don’t spread out.

Bake in the previously heated oven for 10-12 minutes or until it sets in the center and light brown colour starts appearing around the edges. Remove from oven and allow to cool on the baking sheet for about 10 mins.

After 10 mins, cool it down. Once cooled, the outside will be crisp as the crust and the inside soft. And your keto chocolate chip cookie is ready to be served.
